Position Overview:

As a Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial operations. This position offers flexibility with a mix of remote work and in-person collaboration for team meetings. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all bills and invoices are paid promptly and accurately.
- Record financial transactions accurately in our accounting system.
- Process payroll efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations across multiple states.
- Maintain and monitor financial records for completeness and accuracy.
- Reconcile financial reports and address any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to assist with financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
