What You'll Do:
Analyze and evaluate commercial auto applications to assess risk and make informed underwriting decisions.
Directly contribute to the profitability and success of the business.
Manage your own book of business in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Build strong relationships with agents and insureds, becoming a trusted partner in their success.
Use your analytical skills to collect, assess, and structure insurance programs tailored to client needs.
Participate in a comprehensive training program, including mentoring, classroom instruction, and self-study.
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in finance, banking, sales, or a related field with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze and manage risk effectively.
A customer-focused approach with the ability to market products and services strategically.
The ability to thrive in both independent and team-oriented settings.
Work Environment:
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with three days in the office and two days remote, providing flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with the team.
