Job Description

Job Summary: The Community Sales Assistant is responsible for generating and managing leads to qualify prospects and move them through the sales process for the purpose of achieving budgeted occupancy targets for the community. This position is also responsible for processing of all the required information necessary to complete a successful move in as requested. Duties Assists the Community Relations Director with:

• Executing organized marketing and sales tasks
• Participates in sales inquiries including receiving and responding to calls, and following up as appropriate
• Staging and maintaining model apartments
• Leads and follows up with tours
• Special events and networking commitments
• Maintaining the lead database (CRM)

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Marketing and/or Sales
• Excellent writing/communication skills
• Telephone sales experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
