Construction Superintendent - Commercial Construction - Base Salary to 110k/year - Dallas, TX

• Our client is a national leader in custom building envelope systems, with a dedicated exterior division headquartered in Dallas, TX. Their portfolio includes high-profile commercial projects up to 20 million in value, featuring complex Division 7 scopes such as waterproofing, insulation, and exterior cladding systems.
  
• They are actively seeking a Construction Superintendent to join their field leadership team. The Construction Superintendent will manage exterior construction scopes from mobilization through closeout. The ideal candidate will bring field management experience from the roofing, glazing, or general contracting space and be comfortable with regular regional travel. Bilingual communication skills are essential for this field-facing position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site supervision of Division 7 scopes including weather barriers, wall systems, and insulation
  
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe and efficient execution
  
• Monitor site safety and enforce OSHA standards and company protocols
  
• Interpret project documents, drawings, and specifications to verify install accuracy
  
• Conduct daily site walks and meetings, identify potential issues early, and communicate with PMs
  
• Track job progress, labor usage, material needs, and assist in short-term scheduling
  
• Ensure installations align with manufacturer specs and meet project quality standards
  
• Collaborate with vendors, engineers, and internal teams to resolve field design conflicts
  
• Support closeout processes including punch list, QA/QC, and final walkthroughs

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of superintendent or site supervision experience in Division 7 scopes (roofing, waterproofing, insulation, etc.)
  
• Strong understanding of exterior building envelope systems and install requirements
  
• Capable of reading shop drawings, architectural plans, and technical submittals
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; experience with Procore, Smartsheet, or Bluebeam a plus
  
• OSHA 30 preferred
  
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
  
• Willing to travel regionally and manage projects in the field

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 80k – 110k/year range
