The Kayser Automotive Group is currently looking for an experienced controller to join our team. Kayser has been selling and servicing vehicles in Wisconsin since 1925. Having been founded by a farmer from Fitchburg, we are very proud of our 99 years of family ownership. We are looking for that special candidate who has a deep knowledge of dealership accounting, has been a controller or office manager at a dealership and also possesses the ability to lead a team. Dealership accounting & leadership experience are requirements for this position, but what you may lack in years of experience can certainly be made up for by having the desired personal traits we look for. Kayser is a collection of eight domestic automobile dealerships thought Wisconsin. Most of our dealerships are located in the southern part of the state, this positions would be at our Ford dealership in the city of Madison. Qualifications

• An Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5 years dealership accounting experience performing as Controller or Office Manager.
• Minimum two years previous supervisory experience with ability to effectively manage staff.
• Ability to motivate others to work together toward common objectives.
• Demonstrate exemplary integrity, serving as a role model in exuding trust and honesty and maintaining the highest professional standards.
• Maintain a personal demeanor consistent with company culture, contributing to a positive, supportive work environment for all Kayser team members.
• Ability to work longer hours during month-end/year-end closing periods.
