Position Summary:
Milan Laser is looking for a dynamic sales-oriented professional with call center experience to join our Client Services team. Our Customer Service Representatives work in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of incoming calls, emails and chat requests from both existing and prospective clients.

Compensation: $17.00/hr + shift differential (extra $1.50/hr for bilingual)
Location: Omaha, Nebraska, In-Person
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Shifts range from 7:00am-10:00pm, Day and Evening Shifts available, must be available 1 weekend day.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to communication via inbound/outbound call, text, and email from current clients
Scheduling treatment appointments and answering billing questions from current clients
Building relationships with both current clients by providing excellent customer service
Effectively maintain contact and follow up with current clients
Communicating regularly with field managers regarding potential and existing client sales & scheduling
Additional project-based responsibilities
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet all the following requirements:
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s degree a plus
Proven success in achieving sales metrics
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in a call center environment is a plus
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently while displaying a strong sense of teamwork
Ability to maintain highly confidential information
Display a passion for the aesthetics industry
Be able to accurately type at least 60 wpm
Be able to sit for up to 9 hours a day
