What you'll be doing:
Perform forensic analysis of digital information and gather and handle evidence.
Identify network computer intrusion evidence and perpetrators.
Experience monitoring network systems for security breaches, investigates violations when they occur.
Establishes secure system configuration baselines and monitors changes.
Applies system hardening best practices to workstations and servers.
Administers security systems such as: Data Loss Prevention, Encryption, Endpoint Protection, SIEM, Vulnerability Scanners, IDP/IPS devices, and Enterprise System Management Technologies.
Ensures servers and workstations are scanned for viruses and performs removal procedures.
Implements OS security updates and patches management for all domain systems.
Hours of operation:
M-F with possible shift work.
What you'll need:
BA/BS, 4+ years experience
TS/SCI Clearance
Certifications: Must have one DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (i.e. CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, CND, or SSCP) and one CSSP-Analyst certification (i.e. CEH, CFR, CCNA Cyber Ops, CCNA Security, CySA+, GCIA, GCIH, GICSP, Cloud+, SCYBER or PenTest+)
