Job Description

Primary responsibility will be to assist our cross-functional teams in achieving their business goals via post-go live support and application enhancements. The role will give the chance to work with many different teams and use cases. The ideal candidate will have strong technical background, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to continually take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate technical knowledge for software implementations, including activities around field-to-field data mapping, conversion. validation, system and security configuration, user acceptance testing, and system integration testing.
  • Demonstrate ownership to drive consensus in line with best practices and guidance from internal stakeholders
  • Participate in data integration, migration, and validation on live models.
  • Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions to internal stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders to deliver high-touch customer service.
  • Communicate well, both written and orally, at all levels- managerial, technical, and user.
  • Understand priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones.

Required Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with financial/multi-dimensional modeling, data analytics, or business intelligence concepts.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willingness and aptitude to quickly learn a new technology.
  • Great organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or related field and equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of Anaplan experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel abilities.
  • Prior experience in a project team environment using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, business processes, data conversions, and designing system interfaces.
  • Prior experience in implementing or working with Performance Management Solutions using Anaplan or similar technologies.
  • Prior relevant experience in Sales Planning, Revenue Forecasting, Financial Planning, and Enterprise Portfolio management.
  • Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and business processes.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
