Job Description

We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Estate and Trust Manager to join our team! This is a full-time role based in Reno, NV, offering the flexibility to work from home up to three days per week. You'll have the opportunity to contribute your expertise in tax planning, wealth management, and client relationships, all while enjoying a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert tax advice to clients on trust and estate taxation, wealth transfer strategies, and philanthropic planning, utilizing advanced techniques to optimize wealth management.
Oversee and review the preparation of tax returns for trusts, estates, and gifts, ensuring compliance with all regulations and accuracy.
Lead and mentor a team, guiding staff through professional development, addressing technical challenges, and fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
Conduct semi-annual performance evaluations for team members and assist with their ongoing development.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering exceptional service, professionalism, and collaborating with senior leadership to attract new clients.
Continue to grow your expertise in the firm's key industries by participating in relevant training sessions and identifying opportunities for career development.
