We are seeking talented Software Developers with a strong background in Java or GoLang to join our dynamic team. Our environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on delivering high-quality solutions. We are searching for 2 senior level candidates (5+ years) and one junior level (1-2+ years). This is 90% remote, with the occasional need to be onsite in Bengaluru. The shift is 4pm-12am, Monday-Friday. This is a 2-3 year long position.
Responsibilities:
-First couple of months would be bringing consultants up to speed, and could involve a lot of testing. Once requirements and processes are understood, then this position would transition into fully heads down development.
-Analyze current systems and identify potential challenges and opportunities for cloud migration.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop migration strategies.
-Design, develop, and maintain applications using GoLang, Java, NodeJS, and React.
-Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms, either in AWS or GCP.
-Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code to automate deployment processes.
-Ensure code quality, performance, and security through best practices and code reviews.
-Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Skills and Requirements
-3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Java or GoLang is preferred, but languages are flexible
-Heavily prefer candidates to have experience with React
-Proven experience in cloud deployment, preferably on AWS or GCP.
-Any front-end development experience in NodeJS would be great. null
