Full Stack Developer (W2 (H1B/OPT) Accepted)

Location: Austin, TX (Initial Remote)

Duration: Long Term

We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. You will be a key player in shaping the future of our web applications, taking ownership of projects from conception to deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex web applications from front-end to back-end.
• Translate user stories and design mockups into functional, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable back-end applications using server-side technologies (Python, Java, Node.js, etc.) and frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure seamless integration across all development phases.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
• Champion code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across front-end and back-end components.
• Stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving web development landscape, actively researching and adopting new technologies.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and mentor junior developers within the team.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of demonstrably successful experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of front-end and back-end development principles and best practices.
• Extensive experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (including a popular JavaScript framework like React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Mastery of a server-side programming language (Python, Java, Node.js, etc.) and experience with relevant frameworks.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and experience with database querying.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a proven ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work in a team environment.
• A passion for building innovative and user-centric web applications.
