What You’ll Do

General Labor Tasks:

• Loading & Unloading: Handle merchandise, equipment, and inventory with care, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Hands-On Work: Safely lift, move, and transport heavy objects to optimize stock levels and meet customer needs.

• Inventory Maintenance: Organize and restock items to ensure availability for customers.

• Clean & Safe Workspaces: Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area, contributing to an inviting environment.

• Project Assistance: Work on various labor-intensive tasks, supporting special projects and seasonal demands.

Customer Service & Sales:

• Engage Customers: Actively interact with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Boost Sales: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or products, increasing customer satisfaction and driving sales.

• Build Relationships: Foster strong customer connections, encouraging loyalty and repeat business through exceptional service.

• Professional Representation: Represent the company positively during on-site visits, explaining processes and delivering outstanding results.

Documentation:

• Track Sales Activities: Keep accurate records of sales transactions and inventory updates.

• Customer Feedback: Document interactions and feedback to improve services and operations.

• Daily Reporting: Submit clear and detailed logs to management for smooth operation oversight.

What You Bring

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license (3 years clean for insurance purposes).

• No CDL required—just a passion for delivering top-notch customer service!

• Experience in sales, customer service, or manual labor is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects safely.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude.
