The Role: Growth Marketing Manager
We're looking for a dynamic and creative Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies that elevate our brand through online events, webinars, and community engagement. This role is key to increasing visibility, generating prospects, and building lasting connections with our audiences. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll spearhead campaigns, host engaging events, and design experiences that resonate with our community.

This role offers the flexibility of remote work and requires availability during evenings and weekends in Pacific Time to accommodate events.

Growth & Event Marketing
Develop and execute strategies for online events, including webinars, workshops, and educational conferences.
Host multiple events each month to drive lead generation, boost engagement, and strengthen brand presence.
Manage the entire event lifecycle, from concept to post-event follow-up, ensuring flawless execution.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align event strategies with business goals and generate qualified leads.
Design growth-oriented campaigns to maximize event registrations, attendance, and conversions.

Creative Ad & Community Development
Lead the creation of ad campaigns and collaborate with partners to enhance brand awareness.
Build and manage a community-driven ad strategy across social media and other platforms.
Implement ambassador and referral programs to foster long-term engagement with our community.

Content and Marketing Strategy
Partner with the digital marketing team to create integrated, multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, SEO, and content marketing.
Develop event-focused content to drive conversions and amplify our brand's voice.
Continuously optimize the marketing mix and refine strategies based on performance metrics.

Metrics & Reporting
Define and monitor KPIs for events and campaigns, including registrations, attendance, and ROI.
Provide detailed reports on performance, sharing insights with leadership to guide future strategies.
Gather feedback and analyze data to improve event success and participant experiences.
Employment Type: Full-Time
