We offer a 401K plan, flexible hours, great training, competitive pay, holidays, and vacation, and our stylists receive their credit card tips daily. Working at Great Clips also offers stylists an instant customer base so no need to bring your own clientele.
Including base pay, tips, commission, and performance bonuses, the average wage of our Great Clips stylists is $31 per hour . Typically, our hair stylists start out in the $25 - $28 range and improve quickly as they refine their techniques.
