Job Description We are seeking a full-time, experienced Housekeeping Supervisor with a positive attitude to lead our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate have a keen eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment for our residents. Must be a team player, willing to perform all housekeeping duties while functioning in a supervisory role. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
• Performs housekeeping duties in the resident apartments and common areas as well as laundry duties as needed to support staff and community needs
• Ensures supplies are ordered and logged. Works within budgetary guidelines
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with staff, residents, and families
• Address resident concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Perform quality control checks and ensure adherence to cleanliness standards
• Train and mentor housekeeping team members to ensure proper techniques of mixing chemicals, cleaning disinfectants, solutions, cleaning methods, use of equipment
• Conduct inspections of assigned work areas to ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions are maintained
• Maintain accurate records and logs
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Create and adjust staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage

Qualifications

• 5+ years previous experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a senior, hospitality or healthcare setting
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping of residential units and common spaces
• Experience supervising other employees and working as a part of a team.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts is required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and housekeeping scheduling
• Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and products
• Ability to comprehend English communication in writing and verbally
