Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Consultant with strong expertise in SAP BASIS administration, along with working knowledge of SAP SD and MM modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and maintaining complex SAP environments across various system landscapes.

Must-Have Skills:

• SAP BASIS (Primary)
• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
• SAP MM (Materials Management)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• SAP FI (Financial Accounting)
• SAP Integration experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and maintain SAP systems across various environments (Sandbox, Development, QA, Production, and Disaster Recovery).
• Perform SAP system installations, configurations, upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Carry out core BASIS functions such as system refreshes, kernel upgrades, support pack implementation, transport management, and DR drills.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance using SAP best practices and tools.
• Handle both dual (ABAP) and single-stack systems, including system restores and backups.
• Work with SAP HANA and Business Suite environments.
• Lead or support OS/DB migrations, cloud implementations, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate effectively with global teams including offshore and multicultural teams.
• Provide 24x7 production support as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvements.
• Analyze complex custom solutions and environments to provide efficient resolutions and optimizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 10 years' hands-on SAP Basis experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:
Onsite at client location in Plano, TX with a requirement to support 24x7 operations as needed.
