Job Summary (Kronos/UKG Pro Workforce Management Consultant)


- 3-10 years of hands-on experience as a Kronos Consultant, focusing on UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions).
- Configure Kronos modules for Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, and Attestation.
- Set up and troubleshoot Kronos Clock Terminals and Intouch Devices.
- Maintain Business Structure setup and manage Manager Access requests.
- Review, create, and modify Employee Groups, Labor Category Profiles, Labor Category Entry lists, and Organizational Sets.
- Configure new person records and understand Function Access Profiles.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and integration components.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and biweekly interface jobs to ensure accurate and timely data imports.
- Perform troubleshooting using hyper-find queries, genies, reports, and monitor the Transaction Assistant.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users as needed.
- Effectively communicate with clients and handle client interactions.
- Good to have: Boomi or UKG-specific certifications, SQL programming knowledge, and experience with Agile methodology.
