Job Duties and Qualifications

  • Lead the team of developers to implement the solution designed along with architects of the products
  • Perform troubleshooting and support for existing applications developed in C# and .NET to ensure reliable functionality and user satisfaction
  • Experience with test automation, continuous integration, change management and code reviews
  • Contributing Team Member with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
  • Ability to analyze information, design software, document solutions, perform testing
  • Understand Software Development Fundamentals, SD Life Cycle, and Functional/Technical Requirements gathering
  • Develop and maintain full stack web applications utilizing frameworks such as Angular and other relevant technologies
  • Provide expertise in database design and management, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity
  • Assess and develop application programming interfaces (APIs) to facilitate seamless integration between various systems and applications
  • Integrate AL/ML solutions into full stack web applications to enhance performance and deliver intelligent features
  • Develop and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code
  • Conduct functional and non-functional testing
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Learn and follow industry best practices adopted by the organization
  • Understand and follow good code automation concepts and principles
  • Understand client requirements and how they translate to new application features
  • Provide estimates for new change requests
  • Collaborate with development team and other IT staff to set specifications for new applications
  • Evaluate existing applications and understand how to modernize
  • Develop technical documents as required to accurately represent application design and code

Additional Skills

  • Proven experience development experience in . NET Framework, C#, etc.
  • Experience with Angular is a must
  • Experience with RESTful services, WEB API
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework
  • Exposure to Azure cloud, micro services architecture
  • Document DB experience and strong understanding of good data design

Education Requirements

  • Requires a minimum degree of Bachelors in computer science or related field or equivalent industry experience
  • 7-15 Years of experience in software development process – taking ownership, driving understanding, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or similar field
