Job Overview

Are you a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Worker ready to join a dynamic team? This role seeks a reliable individual to ensure facilities are well-maintained and operating smoothly. This is a full-time time position during night time hours.

• Cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms at the end of the night.
• Handling minor plumbing and electrical tasks, such as replacing lightbulbs.
• Assisting with grounds maintenance, including pressure washing, window cleaning.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance logs and reporting on work completed and issues requiring attention.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
  
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  
• Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, and climbing.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.

Education: 

• High School Diploma, GED (or equivalent, reading, writing, reasoning and computer skills)

Experience: 

• Previous maintenance experience in production facility (brewery preferred)

• Ability to work at a fast pace, in high pressure situations, while maintaining professionalism

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. 
The employee occasionally must lift up to 50 pounds 

Work Environment

The work environment will vary for this position given the nature of the job duties.

Work takes place around potentially hazardous machinery, and chemicals. 

Personal Protective Equipment and standard operating procedures are enforced to ensure employee safety.

Travel

Travel is not required for this position.
