Transform the everyday with us We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Technician. This position is located in Pomona, CA You’ll make an impact by: - Support Engineering with training programs such as: 6s, VSM, 7 wastes, visual Management, Standard Works, etc.
- 6S and standard methodologies. Provide support to help them implement and sustain improvements.
- Supporting on Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events to identify and eliminate waste.
- Supporting Fabrication, Production lines in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory improvements.
- Performing detailed time studies to analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain systems associated with production processes, layouts, flow, Visual Management and communications.
- Work with colleagues to develop and implement great, new ideas that consist of but not limited to the development of standard work/training guidelines for new teammates.
- Collaborate and work with cross functional teams such as Engineering and Finance to achieve plant goals (quality, manufacturing, materials, design, engineering, and finance).
- Performing other work as advised by Supervision.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - 1 + years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in lean concepts, basic shop math, basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English Language.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications: - CAD experience and knowledge
- Ability to work in a big scale Organization

- The pay range for this position is $49,600.00 - $67,000.00. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
