Job Title: Medical Assistant (Front & Back Office)
Location: Tampa, FL 33607
Contract Duration: 8 Weeks (Extension Possible)
Pay Rate: $20 – $22/hour
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Medical Assistant to support both front and back office functions at a busy outpatient clinic in Tampa, FL. This role includes clinical and administrative duties, with a strong focus on phlebotomy, EKG, POC testing, and vital sign monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and point-of-care tests
Assist with patient check-in, rooming, and scheduling
Monitor and record vital signs accurately
Support providers during exams and procedures
Maintain accurate EMR documentation
