Job Description

Pay Range: $20 per hour - $23 per hour *Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience. **Raising Cane's** makes no guarantee that any associate will earn any bonus and reserves the right to change or terminate any or all of its bonus programs at any time, with or without advance notice. **Your Role at Raising Cane's:** The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in leading operational excellence of the restaurant and upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture in all areas of restaurant operations. The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen and interacting with and serving customers. This requires extended periods of physical exertion such as walking, standing and lifting.
