Job Description

Job Title: Order Processor

Position generally supports sales managers; Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Respond to purchase order related sales inquiries from phone calls and e-mails
  • Provide accurate information regarding pricing and availability of in-stock items to existing customers
  • Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, credit memos or returns
  • Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • At least 1-3 years related experience
  • Strong computer skills, using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with SAP helpful, however not required
  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work/communicate with various departments
  • Must have strong customer service skills and be detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills, and ability to follow up
  • Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Must be willing to work out of our San Jose, CA office 5 days a week
