Job Description
Join a fast-paced warehouse team as a **Warehouse Order Picking Specialist & Forklift Operator** . You'll pick, stage, and use a STANDUP REACH to load orders. This role is physically active and requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
**Schedule Options:** 1st shifts & 2nd shifts available @ $21 hour
? **ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO START ON 8/1/2025 - NO EXCEPTIONS.**
**? Key Responsibilities:**
+ Accurately pick and stage case orders per invoice for route delivery
+ Use a standup reach forklift to load/unload orders
+ Able to use a voice picking system process
+ Replenish inventory and handle incoming shipments
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
+ Assist with general cleaning and maintenance tasks
+ Perform other duties as assigned
**? Physical Requirements:**
+ Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. often
+ Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching overhead for extended periods
+ Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
**? Qualifications:**
+ Previous warehouse experience preferred
+ Tech-savvy with experience in voice picking or similar systems
+ Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
+ Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
+ Flexible and able to adapt to scheduling needs
