  • Develop, perform, and coordinate tickets for OSP incidents using the designated Government ticketing system.
  • Provide onsite, detailed infrastructure surveys and update findings in the CMDB.
  • When surveys indicate non-compliance, provide a comprehensive plan for compliance with DoD and industry standards.
  • Prepare detailed configuration "as-built" drawings based on survey findings.
  • Manage and perform work projects in accordance with specifications, ensuring complete performance restoration of supported networks and infrastructure.
  • Respond to emergency OSP-related outages, providing immediate restoration services as needed.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Skill in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and drawings.
  • Experience with government-approved ticketing and database systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when conducting surveys and developing maintenance plans.
  • Ability to work on-call for emergency and non-emergency situations.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordination with government leads, vendors, and officials.
