We are currently hiring for a Payroll Specialist to strengthen our client’s dynamic team. Our client is dedicated to delivering high-quality products to their diverse customer base, and their success is built on the expertise and commitment of their team.

Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume payroll for US employees, including California, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now (WFN) or UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) systems for efficient and effective payroll processing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Stay current on payroll legislation and industry best practices to ensure compliance and provide valuable insights to the team

Payroll Specialist Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in payroll processing
• Expertise in high-volume payroll operations
• Proficient in ADP WFN or UKG payroll systems
• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
