ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Specialist, you will:

  • Product Support & Documentation:
    • Provide technical support for Kempower's charging products and solutions in North America.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation such as specifications, datasheets, brochures, and website content.
    • Contribute to product requirements gathering and voice of customer feedback, driving product improvements.
    • Represent Kempower at industry conferences and events, building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Serve as a trusted technical resource for sales and customer support teams, sharing in-depth product knowledge.
    • Create impactful sales tools and training materials to empower the sales team and facilitate customer engagement.
    • Conduct industry research and competitive analysis for internal use in support of the Sales team and the generation of product requirements.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physics or Related Technical Field
  • 2+ years’ experience in product management, product marketing or project management
  • Willing to travel up to 20%
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to teach others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building strong relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Desire to work in a start-up like environment
