Job Description

Providence Staffing is seeking a qualified and motivated Program Analyst to support the AU-ABC/GEM program at Maxwell AFB. The Program Analyst will play a critical role in managing program statistics, analyzing data, and ensuring effective program management. This individual will collaborate with partner schools, manage documentation, and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with schools to determine eligibility for program participation.
• Assist partner schools in developing degree programs aligned with CCAF requirements.
• Coordinate higher-level approvals for new schools, programs, and courses.
• Manage participation data and customer feedback, taking action to address issues as required.
• Participate in CCAF marketing events to promote program initiatives.
• Maintain and update process documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor program progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Associate degree (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Program Analyst.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite of applications.
• Experience leading Agile Teams.
• Strong understanding of the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) and its programs.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Clearance Requirement:

• NACI/Tier 1 (National Agency Check with Inquiries)

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $40,000-$50, 000 per year.

Work Hours:

• Full-Time Equivalent (FTE): 1
• Proposed Hours: 1880 hours annually
