We are seeking a dedicated Technical Training Specialist responsible for delivering and tracking technical training. The role involves establishing training and education modules, ensuring consistency in delivery, and providing a train-the-trainer program.
Responsibilities
+ Deliver and track technical training sessions.
+ Establish training and education modules ensuring consistent delivery of technical training and onboarding.
+ Provide a train-the-trainer program and qualify all area trainers for content delivery.
+ Partner with the functional area to develop training materials and knowledge assessments for standard operating procedures (SOP).
+ Coordinate knowledge assessments and utilize training authoring and multimedia tools for development projects.
+ Stay updated with training and development research, learning theories, motivation theories, and new materials, methods, and techniques.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in training development.
+ Experience in quality assurance.
+ Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
+ Understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ A university degree or extensive practical knowledge gained through experience is typically required.
+ Ability to make judgments based on practice and previous experience.
Work Environment
The position is an individual contributor role that requires independent work with minimal supervision. Employees enjoy 2 weeks of paid time off and 10 holidays annually.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
