You will oversee the sale of properties acquired by the company, build strong relationships with buyers, and manage the transaction process from start to finish. • Manage leads and buyers through consistent CRM use, staying on task and following up daily until deals are closed.
• Market and list properties to qualified buyers through various channels, including email campaigns, networking, and online platforms.
• Negotiate contracts with buyers to achieve the best possible terms for the company.
• Coordinate property showings and inspections to facilitate the transaction process.
• Prepare and organize all necessary documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure a smooth closing process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate investors, agents, and other potential buyers.
• Respond quickly to all buyer inquiries and requests for information.

Qualifications:

• +1 years of experience in real estate sales, property disposition, or a related role is highly desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field of study preferred.
• Requires a strong passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented, proactive personality.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as superior negotiation and networking abilities.
