We are seeking an experienced **Real Estate Manager** to lead leasing operations, including site selection, lease negotiation, rent analysis, subleasing, and landlord relationship management. This role plays a critical part in expanding and optimizing the real estate portfolio by ensuring favorable lease terms, financial accuracy, and efficient occupancy strategies.
