Job Post: Personal Assistant – Luxury Real Estate & Airbnb Operations

We are seeking an energetic, professional, and highly presentable Personal Assistant to support our fast-growing luxury real estate and Airbnb management business.

This dynamic, part-time role (20–40 hours per week) will work directly with our CEO and COO, assisting with a variety of high-level and hands-on tasks, including:

• Inspecting and managing high-end Airbnb properties
• Coordinating with vendors, cleaners, and service providers
• Assisting with guest needs and VIP requests
• Handling pickups, deliveries, and on-the-ground errands
• Supporting executives with additional operational and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Must have a flexible schedule and be available on short notice
• Must live locally, near Jacksonville Beach or Ponte Vedra area
• Energetic, flexible, and solutions-driven attitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional, polished, and reliable presentation
• Willingness to jump between different tasks and responsibilities

Details:

• Part-time: 30–40 hours/week
• Flexible schedule
• Pay: $15–$20/hour, depending on experience
• Immediate availability required
