o BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (Resource Team requirements)
o RRT or CRT
o NC Licensure

o All aspects of Adult Critical Care Required
o Pediatrics and Infant Care Preferred

o Departmental Leadership
o Hospitalist 24/7? Yes
o Intensivist 24/7? No, Virtual Critical Care after hours

Floating:
o Will be required to float per Region needs will require floating to all facilities listed below, as needed, within scope of practice DECLINE if not agreeable
Region 3 - Cleveland, Kings Mtn, Lincoln, any Freestanding ED within Region, Central Division (CMC Main + Mercy + LCH)
If floating mid-shift, Traveler will be paid for the time traveling between facilities (will remain on the clock)
Orientation (facility and unit) :
o NEO
o 2 days departmental
Scheduling:
o Weekend rotation: every other
o No call
o Holiday Expectations: Travelers will work 75% of holidays
o RTO: Can approve up to 6 days off, excluding holidays must add time to the end of the contract if unable to meet contracted hours
o Schedule cycle: every 6 weeks
