About the Opportunity:
A well-established, home health agency is seeking an experienced and strategic Home Health Administrator to lead operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality patient care. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a healthcare leader passionate about patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the home health agency, ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and accreditation standards.

  • Manage and support clinical and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and care quality.

  • Monitor and manage budgets, financial reports, and business metrics to support growth and sustainability.

  • Serve as a liaison with physicians, referral sources, patients, families, and regulatory bodies.

  • Lead efforts in quality improvement, performance management, and risk mitigation.

  • Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting home health operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Active RN license (preferred but not required, depending on state regulations).

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in a home health or related healthcare setting.

  • In-depth knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare/Medicaid requirements, and state home health regulations.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage staff, budgets, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
