Job Description
The Field Sales Agent (FSA) is responsible for driving lead generation and survey submissions for package lockers within a defined territory. This includes identifying and engaging with decision-makers at multifamily properties, conducting on-site or virtual property meetings, and guiding prospects through the intake process. The FSA plays a critical role in expanding this company's package locker footprint by building a qualified pipeline of properties aligned to our installation and market goals.

Skills and Requirements
1+ year of experience in a metrics based sales environment
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Field sales is a plus
Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus
Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and high sense of urgency
Attention to Detail and ability to solve problems for applicants in the field
Tech Savvy (Experience working with multiple systems and technology) null
