Are you a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for connecting businesses with the right solutions? We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team and help identify and engage potential clients who could benefit from our services.

In this role, you'll be responsible for researching and reaching out to businesses and individuals who are actively seeking podcasting solutions. You'll play a key role in our sales process by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and helping to grow our client base.

What You'll Do
Research and identify potential clients across job platforms and other relevant channels.
Use strategic search techniques to find RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and other business opportunities in the podcasting industry.
Craft compelling outreach messages tailored to each prospect's needs.
Initiate conversations with potential clients via email and other communication channels.
Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with company goals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to uncover new opportunities.
Who You Are
You have 1-3 years of experience in RFP management, sales, business development, or a similar role.
You're comfortable using platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other online marketplaces to source potential clients.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can craft persuasive outreach messages and proposals.
You're highly self-motivated and take initiative in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple projects at once.
Knowledge of the podcasting industry is a plus!
You thrive in a remote work environment and can maintain productivity and accountability.
You're responsive on Slack and ClickUp and can work US hours as needed.
You have a reliable internet connection at home.
