As a Sales Estimator, you are:
You have a go-getter attitude, managing your time like a pro, keeping the deal moving, and staying a step ahead. For you, this role goes beyond quoting work—it’s about being responsive, detail-driven, and solving real-world client needs with clarity and follow-through. Clients and teammates never have to wonder where things stand because you're organized, clear, and consistently offer customized solutions.
In this role, you'll dive into the technical side of estimating, grow trusted client relationships, problem-solve on the fly, and make a meaningful impact—all while charting a strong path forward in your career.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Sales Estimator, you’ll manage the entire sales cycle for waterproofing projects, which can range from short-term emergency jobs completed to complex projects lasting six months to a year.

** This is an in-person role with local travel around the California Bay Area required, spending most of your time meeting clients in the area and coming into the office averaging 2 days per week. **
