Sales Support Specialist

At Reno-based Inc Authority ( we help over 1,000 entrepreneurs start their businesses every week! Our fun, high-energy team is growing fast, and we're looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join our Sales Support team!

What You'll Do

• Answer and manage inbound and outbound calls, providing general information about our services and connecting clients with the appropriate team for business consultations.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused communication via phone and email, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Update and maintain customer records to facilitate seamless interactions and efficient service.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment, handling inquiries with confidence and clarity.

What We're Looking For

• Strong verbal communication and phone skills, with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while staying organized.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable using basic computer applications like Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Bilingual communication is a plus!
• No prior industry experience needed - training provided!
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
