Get to Know Your Team:

• Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

• The Security Department Sergeant applies knowledge and skills, professionally in daily performance of management activities.
• Assists in the design, measurement, monitoring and implementation of programs to improve patient care within the medical center as measured by improved clinical outcome, improved efficiency of resource use and improved patient and physician satisfaction.
• The Security Sergeant is responsible for guidance of the security force for the protection of patients, visitors, and staff.
• The Security Sergeant will reduce the opportunity of destruction of hospital assets as well as the personal property of all persons within the complex through the use of patrol, surveillance, and education.
• The Security Sergeant will assist the Security Manager in all areas and have exposure to all Management functions.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 -5 years of experience
• Current CLEET license required
• OK Driver's License in Good Standing
