We’re a well-funded FinTech startup based out of LA, offering exciting opportunities for progression and growth. We’re building innovative solutions for mobile banking users, digital payment users, and crypto enthusiasts. We’re currently seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to lead a pod of 3-4 mobile developers. This role is entirely remote, offering work flexibility and the chance to join a dynamic, fast-growing team.

Position Overview

As a Remote Senior iOS Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a small team of mobile developers to design, build, and maintain our iOS applications. You will work closely with our product and design teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of 3-4 mobile developers, providing guidance and mentorship
• Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in order to maintain code quality
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience with iOS development
• Proficient with Swift and Objective-C
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
• Experience with TestFlight, Play Store Console, GraphQL, Kotlin, TypeScript, Flutter/Dart
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
• AWS Mobile Developer Certification or Google Mobile Web Specialist Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Apple Developer Certification
• Experience working in a remote setting and comfortable using remote collaboration tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a proactive problem solver
