• Monitor and implement company processes and procedures.
• Provide support for technicians in the field and act as a conduit when needed to source additional information and resources to solve technical issues.
• Provide individual coaching as needed to train technicians on the best ways to use company resources and sell systems to meet the customers’ needs.

• Act as a mentor to encourage individual growth.
• Create and modify processes and procedures to add value to the company’s services or business results.

• Must have a good working knowledge of all products and services being offered.
• Continuously improve knowledge of construction and how the company operates to benefit customers through training from suppliers, trade shows, seminars, and independent study.
• Establish goals, KPIs, and objectives for technicians and customer service representatives, along with a plan of action to attain or exceed set goals.
• Regularly review and monitor progress towards established goals and provide weekly status updates to the owner on established goals, KPIs, and objectives.
• Provide corrective action and feedback to employees and inform termination decisions for individuals that do not meet company goals and expectations.
• Possess superior interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with associates, superiors, vendors, and customers.
• Be able to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and specifications.
• Must be able to accurately list and order materials and supplies.
• Must be able to work under time and budgetary constraints and pressures.
• Computer literacy, especially with the use of smart phones, text messaging, and email.
• Must be capable of understanding customer needs and influencing their decision.
• Must recognize and avoid dangerous situations for themselves and service technicians.
• Other duties as assigned.
