Short Description:
Join our team as a Social Media Manager!  We’re looking for a creative and driven individual who’s passionate about social media and eager to grow within a dynamic small business environment. You’ll support our Social & Digital Marketing team by creating content, executing campaigns, and staying on top of trends across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.

Compensation: Negotiable – based on experience
Language Requirements: Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)

Location: 100% Remote
Start Date: ASAP!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and executing social media strategies for various clients
  • Develop engaging and brand-aligned content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Contribute ideas for fun and creative campaigns and contests
  • Monitor performance metrics and create insightful reports
  • Stay up to date with platform trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of social media management experience
  • Experience with Reels and short-form video content is required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms and tools
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills
  • Passion for digital marketing and social engagement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with clients across multiple industries
  • Knowledge of paid social media strategies or influencer collaborations is a plus
