We’re looking to connect with seasoned Fractional Social Media Managers who can serve as trusted advisors to founders, CEOs, and marketing leaders across a range of social media and digital marketing matters. This role is ideal for senior social media professionals or former in-house social media leads who enjoy applying their expertise across industries and growth stages. Whether you’ve built communities from scratch, managed large-scale social campaigns, or advised executive stakeholders — your social media acumen is essential to the companies we serve.
Developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives
Creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content (text, image, video) across various platforms
Managing day-to-day social media operations, including community management and audience engagement
Analyzing social media performance data, generating reports, and providing actionable insights
Staying up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms
Advising on optimal posting times, content formats, and platform-specific best practices
Implementing and optimizing paid social media campaigns (optional, but a plus)
Collaborating with content creators, designers, and marketing teams
Guiding companies through influencer marketing strategies and partnerships
Proven track record in social media management roles with a strong portfolio
Expertise in managing popular social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok)
Business-minded approach with strong communication, copywriting, and creative skills
Comfortable advising founders, marketing managers, and executive teams
Familiarity with early-stage company growth challenges and digital marketing landscapes
Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later) and analytics platforms
Experience in fractional, consulting, or advisory roles is highly valued
