About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Hyatt Regency LAX. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in menu development, recipe creation, and food preparation. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Your role will be critical in maintaining the high standards of our fine dining establishment.

As a Sous Chef, you will utilize your expertise in menu development, food preparation, and hygiene to ensure that our guests receive the highest quality dining experience. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances will be critical to your success in this role.
