Job Summary The purpose of this role is to support the marketing demand generation team with event tracking and research of all sponsored and non-sponsored events (25+ events in Q3 and Q4), data append for all events and programs, grow engagement of social/weekly demo/podcast series by generating awareness and demand for IntelePeer.
Responsibilities - Research all proposed events with documentation, sponsorship investments, available sponsorships, attendee profile
- Data steward to support marketing sponsored and marketing non-sponsored events by appending data from event lists and for campaigns
- Campaign tracking of development and execution in Asana
- Coordinate deliverables for podcast and ensure on time delivery
Required Qualifications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education & Experience - High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements - Sedentary work lifting no more than 10 pounds.
- Occasional lifting, carrying, and standing.
- Frequent hand/eye coordination to operate office equipment.
- Vision sufficient to read computer screens, reports, and related department documents.
- Dexterity to operate computer keyboards and other related office equipment.
- Endurance sufficient to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Frequent speech communication and hearing.
