Production Team Lead
Location: New Berlin, WI
Shifts: Openings available for 1st and 2nd shifts

The Manufacturing Team Lead is responsible for supervising daily production operations, coaching employees, and maintaining compliance with company policies and safety regulations. This role plays a key part in driving efficiency, ensuring quality, and coordinating activities across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support team members in production processes, quality reporting, and documentation.
• Monitor production goals and assign tasks to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and workplace procedures.
• Conduct employee evaluations, including 45-day, 90-day, six-month, and annual reviews.
• Approve and oversee timesheets, PTO requests, and overtime schedules.
• Report machine malfunctions and oversee inventory processes, including cycle counts.
• Utilize systems such as Shop Trak, Syteline, and Visual Dispatch to manage workflow and production sequencing.
• Collaborate with Supervisors, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve operational challenges.

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to hold team members accountable.
• Experience interpreting blueprints, job orders, and BOMs .
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Basic math and computer proficiency.
• Ability to read measuring tools such as rulers or tape measures.
• Forklift certification required or must be obtained upon hire.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate company vehicles as needed.
