Reporting directly to the Global Brand President, you will provide administrative and project support to the Global Brand President and the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer. This role entails handling highly confidential and intricate tasks, demanding exceptional discretion and judgment. Let's break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. + _Coordinate executive-level meetings and schedules on behalf of VPs and leadership team._ + _Plan events, including off-site large-scale meetings._ + _Act as liaison to internal and external customers, building relationships across the organization to enhance visibility, collaboration, and operational effectiveness_ + _At times, review and/or support the creation key business presentations._ + _Assist with special projects and assignments such as research, data gathering and dissemination, and at times serving as the project manager for key initiatives_ + _Facilitate and support executive decision-making by preparing agendas, analyzing information, and coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams_ + _Manages travel arrangements including creating itineraries, tracking, and processing subsequent expense reports._ + _Manage budgets, generate purchase orders, process invoices, inventory, and supply requests._ + _Assists the department associates with training and general direction on internal systems such as travel and expense management._ **What do you need to succeed?** We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day.
