AAA Agile Project Manager
Remote
Active SECRET Security Clearance

Position Overview:
Nationwide is seeking an experienced professional to deliver multiple Agile projects and remove blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodology.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define the roadmap with the product owner for any given product and translate that into user stories.
• Prioritize the user stories within the product backlog.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team and tests to ensure quality levels are achieved.

Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of relevant experience
• Experience delivering multiple Agile projects and removing blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodology.
• Experience defining the roadmap with the Product Owner for any given product and translating this into user stories.
• Experience prioritizing the user stories within the product backlog.
• Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience with testing to ensure quality levels.
• Undergraduate degree required.

Requirements:

• Certified PMP
• Scrum Master or equivalent.
• Must possess (Formerly IT-II) Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance and Tier 3 investigation (T3) at time of proposal submission.
