What You’ll Tackle:
Take point on sophisticated GP-led secondaries, fund restructurings, and tender offers.
Navigate high-stakes transactions for both big-name sponsors and serious secondary investors.
Work alongside dealmakers who are redefining what the secondaries market can be.
Get hands-on with co-investments and fundraises.
What You Need to Bring:
3-6 years of secondaries experience at a major law firm.
Confidence managing core pieces of complex deals.
A JD from a top school and New York bar admission (or a fast track to it).
Communication skills that are clear, sharp, and to the point.
