Here, you will make an impact by: + Knowing the shopper group you're responsible for intimately, what they want/need and how they shop. + Developing a solid understanding of 3M brands, products and brand campaigns. + Leading the creation, execution and measurement of a Shopper Marketing Plan for a specific Account/Channel. + Building relationships with key Marketing personnel at our account and being highly collaborative with Sales Reps and Category Development Managers. + Evaluating the financial viability of various marketing tactics and managing budget. **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) + Five (5) years of combined experience in sales, marketing, analytics and/or category management in the consumer-packaged goods industry working in a private, public, government or military environment **Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:** + Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with demonstrated experiences in leading cross-functional teams, managing differing interests and perspectives. + MBA Degree from an accredited learning institution with an emphasis in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred + Previous experience in a shopper marketing role or advanced analytics role. + Demonstrated project management and budget management skills. **Work location:** + **Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to** **[3M HQ - St Paul, 3M California, Irvine location]** **at least** **[4]** **days per week** **Travel: May include up to** **[20%][domestic/international]** **Relocation Assistance: May be authorized** **Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).** **Supporting Your Well-being** 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
